In an Internship Marketing and Sales, you’ll be part of the team behind New Tendency and co-create as well as develop ideas for our marketing campaigns.

You will:
— Collaborate closely with the Founders to define and shape our marketing strategy (Performance, Online, Content) and by running campaigns across a variety of channels including LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram
— Support in drafting and scheduling social media posts, help monitor performance, and suggest ideas for new boards and posts accordingly
— Assist in everyday operations and manage the content watch

What we are looking for:
— Studies in marketing, communication, business administration/management communication or a related field
— Passionate about content marketing and creativity; good understanding of the power of content and creativity to drive consumer behavior
— Highly self-motivated and creative — your ideas are wanted!
— Investigative mindset with a hands-on and can-do attitude
— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
— Experience in Performance, Digital or Content Marketing is beneficial
— Quality is driven by an eye for details and precision
— Ability to challenge the status quo and find smart solutions by thinking outside the box
